Referee for Huddersfield match.
The referee for Watford’s Sky Bet Championship match against Huddersfield, today at Vicarage Road, was announced by The Football League earlier this week.
Premier League official Neil Swarbrick from Lancashire will be the referee for today’s match. Swarbrick refereed the Hornets once last season, which came in the 0-0 home draw with QPR in December 2013.
Last season, Swarbrick officiated 33 games (most of which in the Premier League), and handed out 115 yellow cards and 1 red.
This season, Swabrick has officiated one match, which was West Bromwich Albions 2-2 draw with Sunderland on the opening day of the Premier League season, where he handed out 4 yellow cards and 1 penalty.
