16/03/2016 10:08

Stoke City are the visitors to Vicarage Road this weekend and the referee for the match against the Potters has been announced.

Craig Pawson from South Yorkshire will be the man in the middle and this will be the second time he has taken charge of a match involving the Golden Boys this season.

Pawson was the referee for Watford's 2-0 defeat to Southampton back in January at the St Mary's stadium. He handed out 3 yellow cards on that day.

Saturday's match against Stoke will be his first visit to Vicarage Road this season.

The South Yorkshire referee has taken charge of over 50 matches in the Premier League, since joining the select group list of officials, who referee games in the top flight, back in 2013.

This season, Pawson has taken charge of 31 games in all competitions and has handed out 99 yellow cards and 3 red.
