Referee for Sunderland game confirmed.
The referee for Watford's final match of the season against Sunderland has been announced by the Premier League.
For Sunday's match, which will take place at Vicarage Road, the referee will be Kevin Friend from Leicestershire.
Friend has refereed the Hornets once this season, which came in the Golden Boys' draw with Everton at Vicarage Road last month. Both of the goals on that day came in first half injury time, with James McCarthy putting the Toffees in front as he drove the ball into the bottom corner following a mistake by Miguel Britos. Everton weren't ahead for long though, as with the last kick of the first half Watford were level, as Jose Holebas' header was diverted over the line by Seamus Coleman.
The Leicestershire official is a fairly experienced top-flight referee, having taken charge of over 130 Premier League matches since 2009.
This season, Friend has taken charge of 30 games in all competitions, handing out 99 yellow cards and 6 red.
