Watford V Reading Match Preview.
Watford face Reading tomorrow at Vicarage Road in the Sky Bet Championship as the Hornets look to move up the table and challenge for a play off position. Watford currently lie in 14th place in the table with a game in hand over the teams above them whilst Reading sit in 9th and are winless in 5 games. During the match earlier this season at the Madejski, Watford came back from 2-0 down to draw 3-3 thanks to goals from Davide Faraoni, Troy Deeney and Diego Fabbrini in what was a spirted come back from the Hornets. Reading are managed by former Southampton manager Nigel Adkins who couldnt prevent the Royals from being relegated from the Premier League last season. After being harshly sacked by Southampton half way through the season, Adkins became Reading manager on the 26th March 2013. The Royals started off this season well but they have stuttered in recent weeks and this could be a good time for the Hornets to play the Berkshire side. Alex McCarthy will be the key player for Reading tomorrow with the young goalkeeper excelling in goal this season. Hopefully the Hornets can keep up their unbeaten record under new manager Guiseppe Sannino and can start to look upwards.

For Watford, Loan signing Alex Merkel could make his debut for the Hornets. Fernando Forestieri and Daniel Pudil are fit again and should start. Mathias Ranegie is lacking match fitness and shouldnt be involved. Ikechi Anya, Marco Cassetti, Reece Brown, Almen Abdi, Tommie Hoban and Essaid Belkalem are all out.
For Reading, Jobi McAnuff is fit and should return to the side. Michael Hector has recently returned from a loan spell and could feature. Hal Robson Kanu, Sean Morrison, Chris Baird, Wayne Bridge, Jem Karacan, Mikele Leigertwood and Jason Roberts are all out.
